Curio Cabinet No.7

Now that fall is upon us, I’ve sensed a natural shift in my sartorial palette and in small additions and edits to my home. A living room rearrange has made me giddy for the “ber” months—it feels like a warm, intimate space to cozy up in. And the weather has been so gloomy, which is feeding my dark soul, but also has me craving darker pieces and more autumnal flavors. So today’s Curio Cabinet certainly has an air of September (and October) as I slowly bring in the fall aesthetic I so yearn for this time of year.

I was also browsing autumn tablscapes, so a few pieces are inpired by that rabbit hole. I’ll be hosting my annual dinner party this Sunday and certainly have all the entertaining inspiration on my mind as we near party time. Excited to share what I come up with for this year’s decor! Will be posting to Instagram stories as I get everything set up. Until next week!

Curio Cabinet

A gorgeous brown vintage wicker lamp adds a homey air to any space. / Eyeing this chic and dramatic maxi resin bracelet. / Love how unique these vintage cowrie shell napkin rings are for an autumnal table setting. / An antique 18th century french verdure tapestry pillow of my dreams. / These Gap suede ballet flats are the perfect addition to a fall wardrobe—just snagged for myself. / I’m always drawn to interesting pieces that feel one-of-a-kind, like this iron rosette candle wall sconce. / If you love mine, you may want to snag this natural sea fan find. / Obsessed is an understatement when it comes to these Nuno splatter stoneware plates and they’ve certainly been added to my wishlist. / Debating this beautiful and classic cashmere-wool wrap cardigan from Arket. / Old pedestals bring a sense of character to any room and I love the look of these antique wooden porch balusters that could easily be repurposed. / This late 20th century iron candelabra feels perfect for spooky season. / Always on the hunt for random bits to use in entertaining and tablescapes and I really love these willow basket trays to add a bit of interest and texture.
