What to Wear No.72
I just love a dainty, feminine look. These What to Wear posts are always so fun for me to pull together… and it’s always nice to look back on them and draw inspiration for my own outfits. I snagged this Zara set for spring and cannot wait to wear it. There’s nothing more classic than a matching set in cream with the perfect little accessories—unique in their details. I saw this skirt and instantly fell in love with the whole look pulled together and the sweet little hem details. I love it paired with a simple sandal heel, good shades, and some silver additions. Alex shared this silver clutch on Instagram and I simply swooned at the sight of it! And while we’re already feeling matchy matchy… these Sophie Buahi shell earrings would work perfectly.

What to Wear No.70
I cannot express enough how ready I am to toss those winter coats in the closet never to be seen again until end of year. I’ve been so inspired by creamy spring pieces and am so excited to dig into my closet for transitional pieces and collect some new classics for the season.

With my focus on building a capsule wardrobe, I’m all about the neutrals and finding pieces I can mix and match. I love this outfit for both work and play. I’m eyeing this Ulla blouse like crazy and these flats feel like such a timeless addition to any wardrobe. I also gifted myself these sunnies as a little birthday treat and am so excited for them to arrive! Such a yummy color.

Autumn Closet
Autumn is by far my favorite season for many reasons, especially sartorially. I ache for the days when there’s a pinch of colder air and I have to toss on a sweater over slacks. I love the ease of tapered pants with slip-on mules or my feet cozied into boots. I love feeling tucked into a blanket inside a knit sweater or long coat. Or tossing on a long dress and called it a day.

Somehow I become more put together this time of year…probably because it’s just my favorite to dress for. Anyone else get that excited feeling about dressing up for fall? If you’re here and you’ve followed me for years, you know I’m all about the classics. I simply love anything neutral that’s timeless and can be brought out from the closet year after year! I finished updating my Autumn Closet shop and I’m very happy with it. I’ll absolutely be adding more over the next couple months. Currently, it’s taking every bone in my body not to click “add to cart” on every single item! Hope you all enjoy some shopping or at least get a bit inspired to try some new outfits this time of year!
